Dr. Sreenu Guntha, M.Sc. PhD. Founder and Managing Director of AAP Pharma Technologies, India Pvt Ltd.,
Sreenu pursued his PhD from the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT) in Hyderabad, India under the guidance of Dr. Hari Babu Mereyala. After earning his PhD he moved on to do postdoctoral work with Professor Albert Eschenmoser at both the ETH in Zurich, Switzerland and at The Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, California, USA. Where he authored and coauthored several international journals. He then joined AMRI, NY, USA (presently Curia Global) as a Research Scientist. He relocated back to Hyderabad as Part of the leadership team to establish a new research center for AMRI at Hyderabad. In 2007 Sreenu was hired as a Senior Director of Process R&D at Sai Advantium (now Sai Life Sciences), one of the fastest growing CRO’s in India.
In late 2008 Sreenu left Sai to found AAP Pharma Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. Sreenu has been managing AAP Pharma Technologies India Pct Ltd., successfully for the past 16 years. Over all Sreenu has Over 20 years of global experience in pharmaceutical sciences

Dr Krishna Yalamreddy holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, Hyderabad under the supervision of Dr A. V. Rama Rao, Post-Doctoral fellowship (mentor Prof. J. R Falck) from UT Sourhwestern Medical Centre, Dallas, TX and has done his masters in Organic Chemistry from Osmania University. He has over 20 years of global experience and see in CRO Business and Process Research and Development and being associated with organisations like AVRA Laboratories, Curia (formerly known as Albany Molecular Research Inc), Corvinus Chemicals LLC, Dallas, TX, Laurus Synthesis Inc, Woburn Massachusetts. Prior to joining Raghava Life Sciences, Krishna was the part of CMC group in Enanata Pharmaceuticals, Watertown, Massachusetts as a principal scientist. He has authored or co authored over fifteen publications.
